Forward any booking confirmation to robot@tripwaffle.com - we recognise you by the address you forward from, and our AI reads the email, extracts the important bits (dates, times, confirmation numbers, addresses), and adds it to the right trip. Works with pretty much any travel provider, including PDF attachments.
Absolutely. The email forwarding is just the lazy-person route (we approve). You can also create trips and add events manually - great for restaurant reservations, tours, or "meet Dave at the airport" type reminders. CSV imports from TripIt, Flighty, TripCase, FlightRadar24 and OpenFlights are also supported.
Privacy matters. We use Google or Apple OAuth (so we never see your password), everything's encrypted over HTTPS, and we only use your email content to extract trip details. Successfully processed emails are deleted within 30 days. We don't sell your data, spam you, or do anything creepy.
